Project overview:

This practical project supported students in developing key employability skills for the international job market through a structured recruitment simulation. Participants recorded a video self-introduction, created a digital CV aligned with international standards, and prepared for job interviews while receiving constructive feedback from teachers and peers at each stage. The project culminated in simulated interviews conducted by recruiters from all four partner countries, offering authentic insight into diverse recruitment practices and strengthening students’ professional communication, self-presentation, and intercultural readiness.
